This blog is set up mainly for my classes, which may change as time passes. Its for work matters so as to reach out to all students in a more accessible manner. So don't expects blogs about my personal life or such (unless i choose to reveal a little more about myself). Directions to Life BP church on 08 Dec 2008

Dear all students of 106, 202, 206, 210 and 306 0f 2008,

i am sure many of you are quite unsure of how to get to the church. I think it will be helpful if i give you all some directions if you are taking the MRT. It should be the easiest way of getting there.

After you come out of the station control gates, make a left turn, go up the escalator, and make a turn towards the right where you walk down a cement path. Cross the traffic lights at the end of the path. And walk over the small bridge over the canal. Cross the traffic lights and make a left turn, and follow the path down where you will then turn right into Gilstead Road. The church that you see on the left side of the road will be Life Bible Presbyterian Church, where i will be having my church wedding at 12:30pm. Please be seated by 12pm. Will appreciate your punctuality.

Regarding dressing, please be reminded to dress modestly. No revealing tops, mini skirts or low cut dresses, bare backs whatsoever as you are entering a church. No slippers/sandals. Guys please wear at least jeans or long pants. No shorts/bermudas/singlets. T shirt is fine with me. Please put your phones to silent mode/turn them off while the service is in progress. And please do not wolf whistle/make unnecessary loud noises while the service is going on.

I would recommend you all try to sit together as a class wherever possible. But if you really are unable to do so, at least sit in groups as a class. As such, it is best if you all come together. There will be receptionists/ushers around to show u the way. Eg. toilets. So i guess you all should do fine.

After the solemnization, there will be a phototaking session. Please wait for your turns patiently as you are one of the last few groups. =)

After the photography, you can then proceed for tea reception. Please do not waste food unnecessarily and take whatever you need.

You may wish to bring cameras to take photos with us. There will be an official photographer and videographer for the event.

Lastly, enjoy your holidays and see you all there on my big day!

Mr Ling
